Ana is a Global Indirect Procurement Director at Caterpillar. She joined Caterpillar in April 2021 to manage local indirect spend, site buyers and relationships across Energy and Transportation and Services divisions and recently transitioned to lead all spend and regional category management within the Americas facilities and MRO/FPMS Global Categories.
Ana began her professional career with General Motors, holding multiple roles within supplier quality, product launch, indirect procurement and logistics operations. She then joined Whirlpool Corporation where she was a Sr. Manager within the Purchasing organization leading assurance of supply and in her last role, leading teams across North and South America with responsibility for purchasing freight, warehousing, logistics and final mile distribution.
Ana has a degree in Industrial Engineering from Tecnologico de Monterrey, a master’s degree in project management from Universidad Iberoamericana. She resides in Atlanta. Georgia.
