Angie Jones is currently the Director of Procurement at Festival Foods, a Wisconsin-based retail grocery chain with 42 Festival Foods stores and 9 Hometown Grocer locations. Tasked with building a procurement department from the ground up, Angie is leading the charge in shaping procurement strategy, driving cost efficiencies, and establishing best-in-class sourcing practices within the organization.
Bringing decades of experience in procurement and global sourcing, Angie has an extensive background in manufacturing, having held key procurement roles at Essity NA, Agropur, Clearwater Paper, Kohler Company, and RR Donnelley (formerly Banta Corporation). Throughout her career, she has successfully navigated complex supply chains, optimized supplier partnerships, and implemented strategic sourcing initiatives that drive long-term value.
Angie is deeply passionate about the transformative impact procurement can have on an organization—beyond cost savings, she champions procurement as a strategic function that mitigates risk, enhances supplier relationships, and fuels business growth. She is equally dedicated to mentorship, particularly in coaching interns and early-career professionals in procurement best practices, ensuring the next generation of procurement leaders is well-equipped for success.
