GRMS’ services include the validation of data, physical review of documents and a support system that assists suppliers to obtain compliance with a client’s unique risk assessment requirements. Headquartered in Irvine, California, GRMS serves a global clientele of companies and organizations in many diverse industries ranging from mid-sized businesses to Fortune 50 companies.

Gerard has a proven track record of entrepreneurship founding several successful companies. He founded Cost Recovery Solutions (CRS) one of the nation’s largest contingency-based consulting firms that developed and implemented cost recovery and profit improvement solutions for companies nationwide. Gerard also founded Group Purchasing Solutions (GPS) a global group purchasing organization for all industries to reduce business costs and streamline purchasing operations. In addition, as Northrop Grumman’s top travel management executive, Gerard’s expertise in procurement reduced the $60 million annual travel program to $37 million.
