Matt Peacey serves as a Director in the Corporate Indirect department at Tyson Foods. With over 20 years of experience, Matt has excelled in building and developing procurement departments, coaching, and mentoring staff, and managing external stakeholders through various project management and behavioral change management methodologies. He is an expert in negotiations, vendor management, and contract compliance, having saved millions of dollars for Fortune 500 companies including Walgreens, W.W. Grainger, and Tyson Foods. His diverse background spans multiple roles and industries, showcasing his versatility and expertise in the field.

In his current role, Matt oversees the management of all third-party labor for Tyson Foods, leading his team to ensure effective and efficient operations.

Matt holds a B.A. in Organizational Leadership and an M.S. in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University.
