Shornda Cadore is Vice President of Procurement at Siemens Mobility, where she leads strategic sourcing and supply chain transformation for the Customer Services business unit, supporting transit and rail projects across North America. Her focus includes building resilient supply chains, managing risk, driving cost efficiencies, and leading business and digital transformation initiatives that modernize procurement operations.

Prior to Siemens, Shornda served as Vice President of Procurement for the Americas at Alstom Group, a global leader in high-speed rail and urban mobility. She also held executive roles at aerospace and defense leaders Pratt & Whitney and Sikorsky Aircraft, including serving as Senior Director of Global Supply Management at Pratt & Whitney, where she led supplier performance and strategic partnerships across commercial and military engine programs.

She holds a Master’s in Management of Technology, an MBA, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, along with executive certifications from the Darden School of Business, Villanova University, and West Point’s Thayer Institute.

Shornda is also a dedicated board member for several non-profit and for-profit organizations, including Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., the Urban League of Greater Hartford, and serves as Chairman of the Board for the Grenada Airports Authority.

Her leadership and impact have earned her numerous honors, including the 2024 Women in Rail Award, a Certificate of Recognition from Jumaane D. Williams, Public Advocate of New York, and the 2024 Golden Jubilee Award for excellence in engineering
